At Urban-Drift, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.
📦 Returns (14-Day Policy)
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Urban-Drift reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
🔁 Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (size, color, or different model):
- Email us at: support@urban-drift.com
- Include your order number and the item you wish to exchange
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
- Items returned without original packaging
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos attached.
In such cases, Urban-Drift will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
🌍 International Orders
For international customers:
- Return shipping fees and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- Urban-Drift is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
