General Terms and Conditions
I. Merchant Identification
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the legal relationship between:

II. Definitions
For the purposes of these GTC:

III. Basic Provisions

IV. Product Order – Conclusion of Purchase Contract
4.1. The Buyer submits a proposal to conclude a purchase contract by placing an order through the Website.
4.2. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order via email.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspicion of fraud
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
V. Duration of the Purchase Contract
5.1. The contract is concluded for a fixed term and terminates upon:
- Delivery of goods
- Full payment
- Fulfillment of obligations by both parties
VI. Purchase Price

VII. Delivery of Products

XII. Effects of Withdrawal

12.3. The Seller shall refund payments within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
12.4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
XIII. Liability
