Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Urban-Drift, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Urban-Drift operates under a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and sells internationally.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
- The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse
Urban-Drift reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products returned without original packaging
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@urban-drift.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for written confirmation and return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Urban-Drift is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or international processing times.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are only covered by Urban-Drift if the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
8. International Orders
For international returns:
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the product clears customs when returning.
- Urban-Drift is not liable for customs-related delays.
